Thanks to my 2 decades-long corporate experience in Global Mobility, Learning & Development and in the Media, I know firsthand the impact of cultural differences on the business world. My bi-cultural French and German background, as well as the fact that I lived, studied and worked in several countries, developed my cultural intelligence early on. I have trained and coached over 1’000 C- level executives, managers and diplomats across a broad spectrum of industries (FMCG, Commodity Trade, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Banks, Insurance, IT, International Organizations and Embassies) and nationalities.
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences (with a focus on International Relations) from the University of Geneva (Switzerland) and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Paris Nanterre (France). I further specialized in Cross-Cultural Communication, Global Leadership and Strategy from INSEAD (France) and Thunderbird (USA).
